Created an online profile for the out-of-home marketing agency, through blog posts and social content. Produced experiential and event marketing campaigns for Miller Lite, Ray-Ban and Time Warner Cable, among other clients, guiding the entire process from sourcing and working with vendors to hiring and supervising brand ambassadors, while staying within a budget.
Managed all day-to-day responsibilities for motion picture talent agent, including rolling calls and scheduling, handling client needs and requests, writing script and character breakdowns, and maintaining project and studio grids. Interacted with producers, managers, agents, studio executives, lawyers, and talent on a daily basis. I also pitched television and film project ideas to CAA clients.
BKPR represents all films distributed by Sony Pictures Classics as well as documentaries, independent and foreign films, and a select list of actors, directors, and producers. Assisted with planning and running film premieres, press conferences and junkets. Arranged interviews for clients. Organized and attended screenings for journalists, critics, and award-voters. In charge of daily operations, scheduling, correspondence, writing releases, and rolling calls.
